Not sure if you recall, but when you first thought about selling, I came to meet with you both in January 2013. This makes your point about our long relationship correct too! Its strange really, we see many hundreds of homes each year, yet some just stick in your memory. I remember your home, I remember you as people, and remember our meeting all with great fondness. You kindly provided tea and biscuits, from memory it was either a late evening appointment or a weekend, our meeting was much longer than usual but it was a great home to see.
