Not sure if you recall, but when you first thought about selling, I came to meet with you both in January 2013. This makes your point about our long relationship correct too! Its strange really, we see many hundreds of homes each year, yet some just stick in your memory. I remember your home, I remember you as people, and remember our meeting all with great fondness. You kindly provided tea and biscuits, from memory it was either a late evening appointment or a weekend, our meeting was much longer than usual but it was a great home to see. I am so pleased that you appointed our company to represent you, John and his team have been running the branch very successfully since I went on to develop the land and new homes business 5 or 6 years ago.
