We chose Prospect to sell our property at the most difficult of times - just before the first lockdown. They brought a stream of prospective buyers in to view the house and several offers followed. For various reasons, the sale took over a year to reach completion. Throughout the process, the whole team have been professional, kind and supportive - drafting in higher level managers whenever needed and we are very grateful for their perseverance and hard work. Despite the time taken to reach the end stage, we did not feel at any time as though we were any less important than those cases moving more quickly through their books.
