I am a director representing 51 leaseholders. Our estate is managed by Novus Residential. We have always found Novus and Joanna Wade very professional. They draw up yearly budget's and arrange for any health and safety inspections that are required. They respond to any emergencies that arise, reacting to any issue promptly and resolving them. They have been managing our site for the past 7 years. Very happy with the service they give.
