Scott and his fantastic team at Novus special mention to Kay, went above and beyond in their capacity as managing agents. We had an issue with a tenant that they actually inherited rather than found for us and without their valued support, including supplying detailed logs to use in court, which must taken them tens of hours (which they did for us unpaid) we would have not been anywhere near as prepared. They also do their managing agent job incredibly well and thoroughly. Total professionals in the property game.

Joanna Wade and her team at Novus Residential have been excellent. They look after the management of our estate and have made many improvements, all of which have had a really positive impact. Joanna and her team are professional, approachable, and easy to communicate with, always keeping us informed and addressing any issues promptly. It’s reassuring to know our estate is being managed so well, and I would highly recommend Joanna and the team at Novus Residential.
