When we planned to sell our flat, we had a couple of local estate agents round to have a look including Julian from Novus Residential. We went with him as he impressed us with his enthusiasm for our flat and his approach to selling it. It is a lovely flat but not an easy sell as it is above commercial premises; Julian found the right buyer who loved our place and wanted to move very quickly.
