Iain came and valued our house, we also asked 2 other local estate agents. When he valued it the valuation was the centre ground of the other 2. Fisks are a very professional organisation. They keep you informed of all progress throughout the selling process. We had a buyer within a week or so at the near asking price which we though was superb. Unfortunately that buyer's circumstances changed due to Covid-19 they could not proceed. That was on a Monday and then the following day (Tuesday)a new buyer was interested and we then proceeded with selling the house to them.
