Very professional support in what became a protracted purchase due to Covid and a number of retracted offers on our property. Ian kept us advised and liaised with the vendor to ensure a successful purchase albeit before we had sold our property.

I was let down by another Wimborne estate agent on turning up to value our property. I called Fisks and Iain was there to value our flat within a couple of hours the same day. Iain was super professional from start to finish and didn’t make any false promises. We had some massive hurdles to overcome throughout the sale and Iain was there to help guide us through it all. Would thoroughly recommended Fisks to anyone looking to move house in the future, and without Iain’s help we would have never exchanged before Christmas.

Fisks throughout the house selling process were very professional, I was always responded to when I had a query. I was very satisfied with the service provided from the ladies working hard in the office, the valuers and the owner. I never felt pressured by the office but they readily gave advice when needed. Not only that they were realistic with valuing. I would definitely recommend them to sell your home and would use them again.

Having used Fisks recently, I would definitely recommend them. The whole team led by Iain are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The communication from Iain, Claire and Emma throughout the whole selling process from start to finish during these difficult times was excellent. Good advice was given when needed but without any pressure and any queries dealt with very promptly. If you are buying or selling, then use Fisks - you won't regret it.

Dealings with Iain and his team at Fisks, when marketing my mum's bungalow in Colehill, made selling during the pandemic as straightforward and pleasurable as possible. Professional, honest, knowledgeable and realistic throughout the process - attributes you might not normally associate with an estate agent. I would highly recommend Fisks.
