Iain came and valued our house, we also asked 2 other local estate agents. When he valued it the valuation was the centre ground of the other 2. Fisks are a very professional organisation. They keep you informed of all progress throughout the selling process. We had a buyer within a week or so at the near asking price which we though was superb. Unfortunately that buyer's circumstances changed due to Covid-19 they could not proceed. That was on a Monday and then the following day (Tuesday)a new buyer was interested and we then proceeded with selling the house to them. We can't thank Iain and the staff at Fisks Wimborne enough they are ahead of their game. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting to sale their property. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have recently completed on a house that was sold by Fisks estate agents and I could not recommend Ian and his team enough. They are extremely professional and made the whole process stress free for us as buyers with no pressure being applied, unlike other estate agents we were dealing with at the time. Great communication throughout, honest and professional advice and felt extremely trustworthy. Thank you for all your help and selling us our perfect house!!

Iain has been very helpful throughout our selling and purchase process. Even during lockdown he was professional and quick with putting our house on the market and helping us with the process throughout. The rest of the team at fisks are always very happy to help. We would defiantly use them again if we wanted to sell. This is the second time we have dealt with Fisks as we bought our first house through them too. They are also very knowledgeable in the local area.
