She really pushed the deal along by coordinating all the parties and solicitors, and at one point made a suggestion which made the purchase go through a lot quicker for us than it otherwise would have. Nicola is also very understanding of how stressful going through a house purchase can be - we phoned her many times and she was always happy to chat and see what she could do to help.

Brilliant, personal, professional service from James and the team at GH. Ours was a unique house for the area, which made finding the "right buyer" particularly important, and they did that in a timescale which enabled us to buy the house we wanted without resorting to external finance. The buyers also obviously loved our house which was important to us after living there for nearly thirty years. GH were very responsive to us as sellers, and, I believe, to our buyers.
