We had a great experience with the lettings team. Emily was always quick to answer the phone and help. Robynn was a superstar, she really advocated for us as a family to ensure we relocated to be closer to our children’s school, nothing was too much for her. Thanks again guys, we are so grateful! ☺️

We were so impressed with GH when we bought that we used them for our subsequent sale. Nicola was simply outstanding in getting our sale through, managing the first buyer (a so called “investor”, in reality a complete time waster!), and then our subsequent buyer. The sale needed tenacity and constant chasing and Nicola was always there pushing things along, so professional and supportive. Thank you Nicola!!!

Good rental team in Wilmslow who found a new tenant to replace an outgoing one promptly and with minimal vacancy.

We moved house in December 2025, selling and buying through Gascoigne Halman, Wilmslow. The team at Gascoigne were always professional, supportive and friendly, from the initial meeting with James, the photographs and listing with Tom's support, through to Isla negotiating the sale for us. Nicola then guided the sale and purchase from agreement to finish. The selling process threw up lots of unexpected obstacles in the chain, and Nicola went above and beyond to make sure that everything moved forward, with open and honest communication. Her persistence helped to ensure that the sale and purchase went through. Thank you to all the team. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Robynn Ebbutt at Gascoigne Halman in Wilmslow. She genuinely went above and beyond to help me secure a rental property and made the whole process feel smooth and stress free. Her support, responsiveness and attention to detail were really appreciated, and it made such a difference during what can often be a stressful time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property.

Robyn in the Wilmslow office was my point of of contact. Very professional, friendly and helpful. She constantly kept me informed of properties that met my criteria. Highly recommended.

Really positive experience with the staff. Particularly the wilmslow branch Robyn was so helpful with my over sea relocation and she went out of her way to make sure we could view around our busy schedule and she was always so welcoming and polite

The staff in the Wilmslow office helped me with letting my house for the first time and guided me through the whole process. The staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful and I would happily recommend their service to anyone.

My experience with Gascoigne was nothing be exceptional. They are very professional, always willing to help and just really nice people. We used all of their recommendations including surveyor and solicitor and it was such a smooth experience. Would highly recommend. I would also like to specifically call out both Isla and Nicola who are the main reason for this review.
