Highly recommended. Some say that Estate Agents now do little to earn their commission. This was not true about Joe, who proactively marketed our late father’s house and rapidly found suitable buyers. He was understanding and helpful with the delays due to difficulties in obtaining probate. He willingly provided help by attending in person to let people into the house when we were not able to be there and making sure that in was secure.
