We can't recommend Nicola enough - she was extremely responsive and proactive in keeping us informed, communicating updates and answering our many queries. She really pushed the deal along by coordinating all the parties and solicitors, and at one point made a suggestion which made the purchase go through a lot quicker for us than it otherwise would have. Nicola is also very understanding of how stressful going through a house purchase can be - we phoned her many times and she was always happy to chat and see what she could do to help.
