It was pleasure dealing with Heather right from moving into to we asking to leave the contract mid way due to husbands work. An absolute pleasure dealing with her. Never seen a person from letting agent in the rental department being so helpful and kind. She was always easy to communicate and helped me every time I had a problem and she never said a no. From my past experience generally the letting agents tend not to help nor go out of their way even when they can help. But with Heather Wynn it was different she wasn’t over professional and never spoke to us in legal terms but was kind and was working with us on a humanitarian grounds understanding our situation. In today’s day and age where all the letting agents are bully, don’t have heart to listen to someone’s problem, are not considerate, their don’t care attitude and zero customer services I have had horrible experiences over the years with loads of letting agents, Heather Wynn definitely was an exception. Do not deal with anyone else when Heather is away but only deal with Heather Wynn from Gascoigne Halman WILMSLOW branch and you will know it yourself when you deal with her that how nice she is. Also for the readers who go by reviews please read the following to- DO NOT DEAL WITH their next door letting agents JORDAN FISHWICK AS THEY MISUSED THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 20 NOTICE JUST NOT TO CARRY MAJOR MAINTENANCE ISSUE WHERE THE WATER FROM BATHROOM WAS LEAKING THROUGH THE KITCHEN CEILING TO THE POINT PLASTER STARTED FALLING & the letting agent who showed us around only made false promises only not to abide by them and get their property rented. CHEAP RENTING TACTICS THEY FOLLOW. ALSO THEY CARRY OUT FRAUDULENT EPC. BEWARE FROM FRAUDSTERS LIKE THEM.
