I am unsure where to start, the biggest thing I want to say is a massive thank you to all. I can't tell you how many times I have mentioned to my friends and colleagues how fantastic Lucy, James, Zoe and all the people involved in my dads move have been. They really have gone above and beyond. Anything we weren't sure of they helped with, they helped fill in forms for the solicitors and even posted them. Nothing was too much trouble. We sold our house with the team after a crazy experience with another apparently, high profile agent in the SK9 area. After this experience we just wanted honest, sound advice and this is exactly what we received. Even before we launched the property we had people waiting to view, which is testament to their tireless work to build a list of buyers who actually want to buy your house rather than just dream what it could be like. All the potential buyers had been vetted so neither Gascoigne or ourselves were wasting our time with pointless viewings. A brilliant experience and would never go anywhere else. Gascoigne Halman handled the sale of my late mother’s house. They were professional, sensitive and extremely proactive throughout, during an emotional time for me. The experience of Markus Jolleys, in particular, was very reassuring when the inevitable obstacles and set backs occurred. His calm advice was very much appreciated. When it came to selling my father's house, I was given the names of 3 local agents by friends and neighbours. Since I did not live locally, I did not know much about any of them, and had to be guided by their initial reaction to my enquiry. After some deliberation, and delays due to Covid and then the legal process, I decided on GH, who I had found to be the most helpful, and approachable and understanding of the situation, without being to pushy, they kept in touch, and abreast of our progress. When I was finally in a position to put the house on the market, all the communication was done by phone and email.
