Recently rented a flat through Gascoigne Halman. The employees are excellent and extremely helpful. Knocking off a star because in a pinch it can be hard to get someone on the phone.

The Wilmslow team were great, particularly Lucy who dealt with the sale of my mums house. As I’m not local the additional advice regarding local services, house clearance and decorators, was invaluable. I found the whole team knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you

Just sold my house with Gascoigne Halman and I can't fault them. James was exceptionally helpful because I didn't have a clue about buying/ selling houses and took the time to walk me through it. The only issue I have (hence the lack of a 5th star) is with Gascoigne Halman's recommended solicitors, Home Property Lawyers. I have not found them helpful, they are slow, don't respond to calls , emails, and a bit abrubt.PositiveProfessionalism
