Having considered a number of Agents, I decided on Property Assistant, due to being a smaller Agent with a more personal approach. The whole team at Property Assistant were great and made selling our home very straightforward. We felt really listened to and it was a much more personal service than the larger chain estate agents. I have to confess that Dan and Julie were already friends, so Property Assistant were the obvious choice when we came to sell our property. Putting our friendship aside I like to give credit where it's due, and their service was faultless from start to finish. They gave honest and reliable advice all the way through the sale process, securing many viewings, and we were so glad they were on our side when we had to choose from multiple offers. They remained positive and focused, even when our first buyers pulled out, and saw the sale through to completion. It was also very reassuring having their colleague Jeremy on-side, constantly chasing the buyer's estate agent and solicitors to drive the sale through. With Property Assistant team we had the opportunity to see a VERY professional people at work. There was not only the very fine, speedy, value, and getting the job of selling our house involved, but PA team had the human touch that in such businesses very seldom one comes across.
