I rented out my house for three years and used Property Assistant to manage said rental. Julie and her team were extremely helpful and always helped me with any issue that arise from the tenancy taking care of everything only involving me when my approval was needed which was extremely convenient as I live in a different town, so I never needed to be worried about my property.
