I have to confess that Dan and Julie were already friends, so Property Assistant were the obvious choice when we came to sell our property. Putting our friendship aside I like to give credit where it's due, and their service was faultless from start to finish. They gave honest and reliable advice all the way through the sale process, securing many viewings, and we were so glad they were on our side when we had to choose from multiple offers. They remained positive and focused, even when our first buyers pulled out, and saw the sale through to completion. It was also very reassuring having their colleague Jeremy on-side, constantly chasing the buyer's estate agent and solicitors to drive the sale through.
