The service we received from Jamie and his team was excellent, we received a bespoke service concerning the options on the sale/ rental for our house. From start to finish, I can only describe the service we received from Jamie and the Home team as exceptional. During what turned out to be six months of arduous attempted house purchase, Jamie was there at every step. Nothing was too much. His advice and guidance saved our house sale and kept our chain alive on several occasions.
The most impressive bit was the personal touch. At no point did it feel like you were dealing with a company, it felt more like you were dealing with an old friend, that happened to be an expert in buying and selling houses!

Buying a house is said to be one of the most stressful things you can do. While this is certainly true, having a team like Property Assistants can make all the difference. They were the agent for the house we were buying and the support with chasing others in the chain, unresponsive solicitors, suggestions for what we could do to keep the chain intact and general advice (not to mention 'talking us down' when we needed it!) was second to none. I think the common misconception is that an Estate Agents job is just listing property and negotiating a sale (even some Agents think and act like this). As we saw, if others involved in a property chain are not proactive it can severely affect things. We have just sold our property through Property Assistant. They had the property we were interested in, listed with them so we decided to list ours with PA also. The first property fell through but we decided to stay listed whilst finding another property. It was a lengthy purchase and property assistant found us two buyers during this time.
