Northwood treated my partner and I very well and our rental agent, Kim, was incredibly supportive throughout the move which was greatly appreciated as a first time renter moving out of my family home. My onyl concern was that we only recieved our forms to sign such as rental and standing order agreements very close to our move day which was a bit stressful for us. Overall though they are efficient, professional, and friendly.PositiveProfessionalism

I understand your comments about signing the documentation and that is a legal requirement which forces the tenancy agreement to be only signed on the day that you move in as it becomes legally binding with the handover of the keys to you. Firstly, the pictures of my home were beautifully done and really made the property 'pop'. Secondly, having Nicola on my side to drive and push the sale through was a 'God send'. Without her, my stress levels would've doubled. She gets the Oscar in my books! Thank you!

Easy to get in touch and have queries answered during the process of setting up my tenancy. May have been useful if I got in touch with landlord himself slightly earlier for some queries. Would rent with them again

Staff very pleasant and helpful, house sold very fast. I did not need to be at the property to show potential buyers around. Good advice given to me on how to show the property of to its best.
