Excellent, amazing, service from Nicola Winnard and the team at Northwood Wigan! We were selling our property and selected Northwood Wigan as a 2nd agent as the house had not had many viewings. It sold within weeks with Nicolas relentless marketing and then we just had the easy task of moving into our new build which was four months away. Nearer to the move date our buyers suddenly came across an issue with their move and we must have been on the phone with Nic at least once a day. The rapport she had with us was fantastic - at no point did she lose her faith that the sale would go through and she kept us positive and assured by her professional approach to the sale. Staff have been very supportive right from the start, they answered any questions I had and gave good advice about what I needed to do to prepare the property for rental. Fantastic value for money, they inspire confidence in everything they do. We had previously tried to sell our house with three other agents (two local and one national chain) without success. Northwood managed to get us more viewers over the course of 3 months than the rest did over a year. They are tenacious and have your back on everything. Worth every penny, I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
