EDIT: I appreciate the promptly and honest answer received from the agency director, clarifying the circumstances behind the missing answers and the delay. It's a sign of great attention and demonstrated the level of customer care that I was expecting from such an agency. Unfortunately due to deadlines, I need to relocate in the area before the end of the current month and therefore I now looked elsewhere. I will surely reconsider your firm, should I, in the future need your services in the area. Regards Lorenzo Signori ------------------- Absolutely useless letting agency, that despite all the prizes they boast on their website, can't care less about their potential customers. I contacted them the first time on 11/10 trough the Spareroom chat, to express my interest for a room on an HMO, receiving a quick reply to my questions and a screening questionnaire to be answered before to arrange the view. The following day, I then sent back the answers to each single question, but to no avail. After one silent week, on 18/10 i decided to give them a call to prompt an answer, and a lady reassured me to "just wait, they will get back to you". Other two days goes by without receive any call, so, on 20/10 I made my second call, just to be told to forward the questionnaire to their mail address, in order to receive any consideration. Sent the questionnaire to their e-mail address the same day, only to receive a short, dismissive and senseless reply: "We will be in touch in due course. Note we have had a lot of interest in the property so we cannot guarantee that you will get a call." Up to now, (26/10)...still waiting their call. Since multiple rooms on the same property are still listed on many different platforms, I assume they may be extremely used to gazang their customers!
