Alexandru, you seem to have removed your original comment which was that we did not reply to reviews here on Google and I think it is a fair criticism. We are not in a hurry to respond to 5* reviews but ew do look to thank the reviewer for their time in leaving a review. Where someone gives less than a 5* review, we will normally need time to confirm who they are (where necessary) to then investigate the issue why they only gave us a lower rating and to then answer their review here on Google. So there could be a delay in responding to a review that is less than 5*. I have to accept we are not perfect in review responses and I would like to be perfect in everything but it explains why our rating is not 5* but is slightly less than this as an average given our "imperfections" which I accept and acknowledge. I am not sure why you have now removed your comment and just left the rating but I trust the above explains and I would be welcome for you to contact us with anything more specific. There was no viewing at the property on the morning of your viewing, the application that was accepted by the landlord resulted from a viewing that happened the previous week.
