Northwood treated my partner and I very well and our rental agent, Kim, was incredibly supportive throughout the move which was greatly appreciated as a first time renter moving out of my family home. My onyl concern was that we only recieved our forms to sign such as rental and standing order agreements very close to our move day which was a bit stressful for us. Overall though they are efficient, professional, and friendly.PositiveProfessionalism

I understand your comments about signing the documentation and that is a legal requirement which forces the tenancy agreement to be only signed on the day that you move in as it becomes legally binding with the handover of the keys to you.
