Initially put house up for sale through the wigan office then somehow ended up under the st helens office. Wigan office amazing, st helens office absolutely pants!!! Email after Email sent to case worker during selling process with no replies or replies back to you in about a weeks time. Ring office to speak to case worker and continually get told she's working from home we can send an email with your enquiry to which you get no reply!!! Rude staff on the phone staff had attitude. Felt like they are not interested in you as a person only out for your money. Made the whole experience stressful. Would I recommend.??? Absolutely Not. Nor would I use them again. My advice is go elsewhere.

Very poor communication. I’ve been trying for weeks to view a property (that is still available) and i understand they’re limited to what they can do if the seller isn’t getting back to them but they never get back to me other than once, after I had already called them, just to tell me they can’t get ahold of the seller. I’ve sent several emails and all have been ignored. Very bizarre from both the seller and the agency.

Our recent experience with Belvoir was extremely poor. The communication was terrible. Calls were not returned. Information was outdated and inaccurate. I felt unsupported by them particularly as I was paying them to act on my behalf. I was not supported to achieve the best price or sales experience at all. I would not recommend their services, and should I need to utilise an estate agent in the future I would not choose them again.

As a tenant, they have been an awful company. They are not responsive with repairs, although very quick to respond when putting the rent up and giving deposit deductions for very little reason. Staff turnover was ridiculous while we were renting, and with each new staff member, the quality got worse and worse. As a tenant, I would advise that you go elsewhere if possible.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We apologise that you feel your experience with Belvoir Wigan did not meet expectations during the four years that you were with us. We do endeavor to deal with all repairs in a reasonable and timely manner, however occasionally some issues, such as block management repairs are out of our control. I am afraid rental increases are a part of the rental experience and cannot be avoided and deductions from rent at the end of tenancy are only claimed when there are repairs / cleaning or replacement of items to cover which is the tenant responsibility. Belvoir Wigan did experience a slight staff turnover in 21 / 22 so apologise if this impacted your tenancy during this short transition however there has been a stable staff presence in the office now for the last 12 months. I can assure you that do we endeavour to meet our landlord and tenant expectations at all times. I hope you accept our explanation and wish you all the best in the future.

I do not recommend this estate agent. Advertising property as completely refurbished to an excellent standard and finding holes in the floor and sealing upon arrival. Walls with yellow patches everywhere, dirty property left unfinished by builders. Clueless staff who say contradictory things. Shocking customer service overall and time wasted to drive all the way to see property you would not consider if advertising was made ethically.

Terrible never replied to the 3 emails I sent regarding a rental property. Now it's gone off.
