Bad experience. Sent an email asking for viewing a property and never answered. So decided to go personally to the agency and I found a rude woman, white lots of prejudice about my possibilities of affording a rent just because I am not english, even if I have a good full time job since a year. When booked the appointment for the viewing, the lady arrived very late without even excuse herself, didn't know where to go and never smiled during the time we were together. Definitely not raccomended

The property was not maintained well during the tenancy and for the last few months we have been paying 695 ppm to live in a damp property.Returned the property in better condition than we found it.Agent firstly stated that they didn't want to take any of our deposit; however they then charged us 350 pounds for what they described as minor issues including a dirty cupboard and bluetac on the wall. They changed this list when we appealed to the DPS and then included a final check out fee which hadn't been mentioned previously in 2 years of tenure or checkout. Have agreed to the charges just because I am convinced that they are going to take this money however unfair. Don't use if you can avoid, if you can't, write your own inventory as their's is deliberately vague on the Landlord's side but they will screw you for as much as a spec of dirt and advise you take provide photographic evidence of problems that they find but you are unaware of. the landlord refused to remove his belongings from the loft during our tenancy. so we had to use a bedroom to store our belongings. horrible,horrible experience. AVOID at all costs.

DO NOT ... And I repeat DO NOT EVER use these people to manage or rent Your property. Lazy, ignorant, unprofessional, unreliable LIARS, we are utterly disgusted ... Be warned
