Excellent customer service and highly professional
I highly recommend R Whitley and Co who have been incredibly helpful from the word go. They have always been on hand to answer any questions and have guided me throughout the process in a step-by-step manner. I never felt 'pushed' or pressurized into anything and all the options were always laid out in an unbiased way.

Excellent Service
Excellent Service took all the stress and worry out of selling my property handled all the viewings and kept me updated all the time never had to chase them once. Customer Service is excellent compared to other Estate Agents I have used in the past. Would highly recommend them. Would use them again

Friendly service, highly recommended
Selling a property on behalf of my mum was a daunting scenario but the professional and friendly service from Whitley and Co was amazing. Particularly Richard Whitley, who very kindly came to visit mum in hospital to make her feel a part of the process and Ben Gunton who gave me weekly updates and also chased solicitors and vendors alike to ensure as smooth a transaction. as possible. Very supportive when the conveyance solicitors are delaying things!!
As first time buyers we were very nervous about the purchase and had received little support from our solicitors who were less interested in completing and more interested in making a quick buck for every extra bank statement they had to peruse! Ben was brilliant throughout and kept us positive. Will highly be recommending these estate agents in future to friends and family

Best local agent
We deliberated long and hard before deciding that this was the right agent for us and it has proved to be so. Communication was good throughout what seemed an never ending process- it's the process that's wrong not the agent !! They always accompanied on viewings which was very helpful. Many thanks to Jonathon, Richard and the team.

Great service, highly recommend!!!
R Whitley and Co helped with the sale of our property. They were always willing to help and were able to answer all our questions regarding the sale of our property. We were always kept up to date with progress, what was happening and they always got in touch with us with any questions from the buyer straight away. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and always willing to help, I could not recommend them highly enough.

Estates Agents at their very best!!
I had the very difficult decision to sell my family home, after my mother was taken into a Residential Home for care. I chose R Whitley and Co, as they have been in WD ever since I knew Estate Agents existed. The support I received from them, in particular Mark (In Sales) was second to none. They kept me informed the whole way through the sometimes frustrating times of selling a property. They took the whole process from me as much as they could, as I live a long way from the family home which was being sold. I can't thank them enough for all their help and support. This is how all Estate Agents should behave, putting their clients first and foremost. Thank you
