Professional customer service from beginning to end!
The entire process of selling my family home from initial valuation, through to marketing the property, providing regular updates on viewings and the eventual negotiation with the buyers was all handled extremely professionally and knowledgeably by Whitleys. I would have no hesitation in recommending their agency services and would readily use them again myself if the opportunity arose. Special thanks to Richard and Ben for all their hard work and excellent customer service.

Move to Retirment Home
Whitleys team dealt with the move of our elderly parents from their home to a retirement flat locally. The service we received was excellent, especially Ben Gunton, he always responded to our calls and answered all questions and dealt with enquires that we couldn't. We didn't experience any problems with any member of staff and they were always efficient with emails and paperwork and followed our instruction to a high standard. Many thanks to you all

Professional but also friendly at all times in selling my late mother's flat

They bend over backwards to make your life easier
We had a great experience working with R Whitley to sell our flat. They were knowledgeable about the area, not pushy, personable, polite and realistic about the market at all times. They were also available when needed and competitively priced. We were very lucky to be in their good hands. They work on a shared commission basis, so there's no internal competition shown to the customer. They are all willing to muck in, when necessary. RR

Excellent service
We bought our house in 1978 through Whitleys and when it eventually came time to sell we sold through Whitleys It was interesting to deal with the next generation. The professionalism of the service was second to none and the manner in which all aspects of the sale were handled could not be faulted. Best Estate Agents we have ever dealt with.
My Father and myself used R Whitley and Co to sell his home. It was my his home with my Mum for 27 years until my Mother passed away and so felt it was time to sell up and move down to the Coast. During this difficult time the whole team at R Whitely and Co were so helpful in ensuring everything went as smooth as possible.. They were in constant contact and could not do enough for us. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past who fit the stereo typical but R Whitely was different, you could feel that it was a family run business and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
