An extremely professional service
I would highly recommend R Whitley & Co. The service provided by the whole team was truly outstanding. Professionals with integrity, coupled with great service!
From my initial call to R.Whitley & Co's office requesting a viewing, I was impressed by the level of service, thoroughness and attention to detail from the team. During the purchase process, I appreciated the professional approach and integrity by which they operate and this is a refreshing change, given my experiences with some other agents. Professional Estate Agency
If selling a property I would highly recommend R Whitley and Co. A very professional service especially from Richard who was always available to talk to and very reassuring at difficult, times,and especially when our buyer was making unreasonable demands upon us as sellers. All employees of R Whitley and Co have excellent interpersonal skills shiwing a high level of integrity and professionalism. Great Service and Professionalism
From putting in my offer to completing the purchase, the team at Whitley's was fantastic, with a special mention to Ben. Ben kept me informed at every step of the way and helped where needed, be it with solicitors or directly with the vendor. The team accommodated my requests to visit the property after sale was agreed, which was very much appreciated. Since completion, I have worked with the Lettings team and I'm again receiving a great service with Mark. Would highly recommend the team at R Whitley & Co.

Great Service
I'd like to complement you and your team for the exceptional customer service we have received throughout the whole process of finding and securing tenants for the above mentioned property. Besides finding tenants, Mark Newbald has been extremely prompt in answering my emails and helpful, giving us advice and also recommending tradesmen. I couldn't have asked for better help! Liz Brown was very helpful and also prompt with emails and lovely over the phone! Alex Wookey also was very helpful and prompt. He organised the council tax and utility bill switch immediately and posted our documents to Malta in no time. And last but not the least, Paul your advice about the new runway, rent and sale valuations where really helpful. Overall Paul everything just gelled so well, you and your team truly have a professional business. We will from now on always use yourselves as our go to estate agents. All round excellence
Whitley and Co were excellent from start to finish. In what turned out to be a protracted sale they kept us fully informed at all stages of proceedings. I received regular update phone calls and confirmation Emails whenever the need arose. All the staff were extremely polite and thoroughly professional.Nothing was too much trouble..I would have no hesitation in recommending Whitley and Co .

Professional, friendly and extremely efficient during the sale of my elderly mum's house. The staff at Whitleys are wonderful. Excellent friendly, professional, supportive customer service from start to finish
We found that all of the staff at R. Whitleys, West Drayton were second to none during the roller coaster ride of our property sales which included trying to coordinate the selling of two houses at the same time and buying one 70 miles away! The staff were at all times friendly, professional ,supportive and patient during a very stressful and challenging time for us. With many phone calls backwards and forwards over a number of months with lots of questions whether trivial or important, the staff were amazing an experience that will stay with us for a very long time. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend R Whitley West Drayton.
