Excellent professional service
Excellent service from valuation to completion. They managed to sell the property only a few days after going on the market. Jonathan's friendly nature was appreciated and he always kept us up to date with progress. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent Service
Property was sold within a few days of placing it on the market. Regular telephone updates were provided throughout the process informing me of progress. Relevant parties were chased up on my behalf when required. I would definitely use R. Whitley again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

A professional and friendly service
We were very happy with the way in which Whitleys handled our sale. From the initial house price estimate, through the viewings, offers and to completion, Whitleys handled everything in a calm professional and helpful manner. Always courteous and unfailingly cheerful, they responded promptly to issues as they arose, providing advice on what they considered to be, and were in our best interests. When our front door lock broke accidentally, they stepped in to sort it out quickly and at no cost. Highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service both in terms of communication and continuity
From valuation through to exchange and ultimate sale Whitley's have been most thorough and professional. Communication was a five star service with regular updates and immaculate service throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough as this property sale has for the first time been a relaxing experience. Thank you

R. Whitley has provided us with very good service throughout the process. Our first agent was Mark Groves who's done a great job, always keeping us informed and making sure things were moving forward. Then Richard took over as Mark left. And Richard has been very efficient. He kept on chasing up the chain for us, emailing us constantly to keep us updated. Richard was always available for us, responding to emails and getting back to us promptly. He knew exactly what was going on, he cared about our purchase situation, understood our frustrations with people at top of the chain, and helped us resolve difficult situations with our vendor & solicitor. I would strongly recommend R.Whitey! Thanks Richard for making this purchase happen!

A pleasure
