Very professional through in through out. good communication, Fantastic service they offer in house (we used the recommended surveyors and also solicitor) .normal price for what you pay external if not more.. The best experience is if one agent is away the entire team collaborate very effectively to ensure there is no loss of communication to there customers and keeping them up to date step by step throughout the process. Me and my small family were struggling to achieve property deal due to many AGENTS out in MARKET very GREEDY. BUT GOD BLESS I CAME ACROSS R WHIETLEY . In almost 10 month of my search for a good property i found few but either they asking price were not negotiable at all or Agents never reacted of my Offer. Absolutely fantastic service from Jonathan Whitley, and from the whole company. We spent most of 2014 house-hunting on both sides of London and Whitleys are absolutely the only estate agent we would recommend. The rest were a nightmare - rude, late, no-shows, disorganised - every bad stereotype of an estate agent. However, we saw several properties with Jonathan and he was always punctual, polite, and eager to help. We finally had an offer accepted on a flat in November 2014, and throughout the process, Jonathan has chased solicitors, communicated with the vendor, and arranged tradespeople to inspect the property for us. His help has been invaluable - especially as we are First Time Buyers. I can't imagine ever selling our flat after finally finding it, but if we do it will be with Whitley's, beyond a shadow of a doubt.
