One of the good ones...

We were very fortunate the house we wanted most came on through Whitley. Over the last 18 months we have dealt with all estate agents in and around West Drayton and Whitley really stood out from the crowd. They showed us every house and flat we wanted to see in that period - that is of course their job, but not all agents are so obliging. Once our offer had been accepted, Whitley progressed the sale efficiently, kept us updated with progress and did not put us under pressure to agree to unrealistic deadlines. What could have been a complicated purchase took a little over three months to complete. If you’re thinking of instructing an estate agent in the area, there’s a reason Whitley encourage feedback from buyers and sellers through Rateragent. Whitleys had provided us with excellent service since 2011 when they project managed the renovation of my parents property, They then managed the rental of the property to help fund my fathers dementia care. Although my father passed in 2012, Whitleys helped us maintain the property. Wihen the tenants decidided to move, they then managed the sale of the property. In particular Ben was key in the negotiations and helped drive the sale through in a timely manner. He is very skilled at keeping the momentum in the chain, especially in dealing with the solicitors.
