Ongoing 10/08/21 Thanks to Rebecca for her prompt and efficient reminders for the handling of compliance certificates and maintenance requirements for the ongoing let. Latest tenancy agreement handled for me promptly and efficiently by Jonathan Kavhiza . Part of a continuation of 19 years quality service representing both me and my tenants. 21/04/21 Whitegates have handled a property for me for the last 17 years. They have provided efficient vetting of tenants, inspections, meter reads, prompt rent payments and reminders for gas inspections. Altogether a good service from approachable professional people. Having dealt with Spencer and Rebecca I can say that Whitegates West Derby has a professional and very dedicated team. Spencer was very helpful and did his best to facilitate the process. After moving in, I’ve had few questions and points to report which Rebecca got sorted. 5 stars.

We are currently in the process of purchasing our property with Whitegates and couldnt be happier with the service we've received. Our broker is Megan Davies and she's been helpful, informative and professional from the start. We were a bit dubious about using a broker as opposed to our bank, as we didnt know what sort of fees to expect but we met with Megan anyway to find out. The service she provides is well worth the fees she charges (out of respect for her privacy I wont be specific but I will say that they are reasonable and not as pricey as you might expect). She explained the entire process to us from start to finish, she explained not only the conveyancy process but the mortgage application and re-mortgage process, and gave us a realistic timeline for completion. We were shown a comparison of rates from different lenders and weve actually ended up with a better rate than if we had just gone to our bank like we were originally going to. No query that weve had has been too much trouble for her to answer and shes just generally a lovely person to deal with. We have also dealt with Amanda who has been liasing with the seller/sellers solicitor and dealing with chasing up documents and again we couldnt be happier. Weve been kept fully informed of developments on a regular basis. Definitely recommend Megan as a broker, it was absolutely the right decision for us and her services are spot on !
