We were looking around in greatly presented house by Whitegates. We book an appointment a bit late due of my work. Gentleman name is Richard gadly helped us book and appointment asap. After we arrived to the property he was right outside the property waited to our arrival. He is great looking gentleman with great knowledge about property and another information about House buy process. He showed us every room and glady answered to our questions. We sorted out everything we had best experience in our life, Richard really know how to impress the customers and show us fantastic customer service experience 5/5.
As a first-time renter, the experience and help from Whitegates in Huyton have been remarkable, particularly from Katie and Jordan, they have been an absolute joy to deal with, nothing is too much trouble and their response times to questions from me ( lots of them ) have been nothing short of amazing! everything has been dealt with in a timely, friendly, and professional manner and the high standard of service received from them has been exceptional.

We were extremely impressed from viewing rental property to moving in day with the professional manner and patience that Kelly Millward from Whitegates West Derby dealt with us nothing was too much trouble for Kelly. She asked her colleagues to ring us with any updates if she was unable to reach her phone. Kelly helped us throughout with any queries we may have had, always getting back to us in a timely manner. Latest tenancy agreement handled for me promptly and efficiently by Jonathan Kavhiza . Part of a continuation of 19 years quality service representing both me and my tenants. 21/04/21 Whitegates have handled a property for me for the last 17 years. They have provided efficient vetting of tenants, inspections, meter reads, prompt rent payments and reminders for gas inspections. Altogether a good service from approachable professional people.
