Excellent customer service from the sales team at Whitegates West Derby branch. We have been particularly impressed with Ross, Richard and Aidan, who have been endlessly patient and helpful whilst we navigate finding a house. All three have been incredibly responsive, professional and knowledgeable and have been a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for all of your help! We appreciate it.

Ongoing 10/08/21 Thanks to Rebecca for her prompt and efficient reminders for the handling of compliance certificates and maintenance requirements for the ongoing let. Latest tenancy agreement handled for me promptly and efficiently by Jonathan Kavhiza . Part of a continuation of 19 years quality service representing both me and my tenants. 21/04/21 Whitegates have handled a property for me for the last 17 years. They have provided efficient vetting of tenants, inspections, meter reads, prompt rent payments and reminders for gas inspections. Altogether a good service from approachable professional people.
