Had a great time in a viewing today wih one of the agents Joseph Harding. Although he appeared misleadingly younger on age from other agents, he proved to be quite a salesman! Professional, responsive to my comments, understood my concerns about the property and took the extra mile to explain additional services the agency offered. I am sure he will be running his own office/branch in a few years. Very pleased and extra stars for the personalised service! Go LJMU Alumni!

I've been so fortunate to have dealings with Bernie ,Joe and the lovely Caitlin fr om the first meeting with Bernie this team has guided me through the process of selling my mum's home Every step of the way they kept me informed and Caitlin was so professional even when i kept cutting her off with my hands free .When i had any queries as soon as i raised them Caitlin would address it straight away and have an answer to my queries as soon as she could .Congratulations Caitlin you are a credit to this branch and you will go far .

So far so go, staff are very friendly and professional...just hope the house now sells! 6.4.21 update: house sale has now fallen through twice, due to no fault of Whitegates, but staff are still working hard to get viewings and we're still hoping! :)
