My mum has just sold her house through whitegates west dberby from start to finish of what was a very stressful experience through outage staff at whitegates helped my mum.especially Ross who gave her all the time and patience she needed he was always on the end of a phone to help with her queries and worries Also Bernie treated my mum with lots of care and made her feel at ease they all give great customer service ifrom Gail the owner and down to the staff on the floor its a great personal service and both Ross and Bernie went above and beyond to help my mum I would highly recommend this team based on the great personal service you get

I use Whitegates to rent my property and have been very impressed with the thoroughness of their processes and the detail in their update emails. Special mention to Jordan who has been working on the case and has been great at responding to queries quickly and helpfully.
