The worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent, extremely unprofessional and down right shady, even if they are your last resort look elsewhere. I was misquoted rent, items promised in the signed contract were not delivered and incorrect and almost random charges were sent to me and my co-renters frequently.

Very poor service

No customer care or experience it seems. Wanted to reserve a letting and were denied by ignorance and lack of communication. Part of me thinks they saw my situation and ignored me till something better came along. Had to go into the branch to find out information on why they couldn't email me the reservation forms. Still no real explanation.
