THE DIRECTOR OF THE AGENCY IS VERY HELPFUL AND ASSISTED US NICELY WHEN HIS EMPLOYEE DELAYED IN THE PROCESS OF GIVING US THE ACCOMMODATION.
Things were off to a bit of a rocky start, however all issues are now resolved. Communication from the agency is good and the internal system they use for repairs/reporting issues seems to work fine. No problems with payments and the agents are all friendly and professional.
I recently rented my property through Belvoir and I was very pleased with their customer service. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Davinder, Lecci and Aveisha. Would highly recommend them.
UPDATED: As a tenant, Belvoir wasn't my option. With that said, during my four-year tenancy, things were fine. Unfortunately, at the end of my tenancy, I had to go through plenty of stress getting my deposit back from a dishonest landlord. Belvoir Welwyn could've done something to prevent the situation. Over a month after leaving the property and after a very intense back and forth comms, I was able to get a decent amount of my deposit back, mostly thanks to Carlie H. from Belvoir. Tenants, be careful at the end of your.tenancy!
