Ashtons Estate Agency - Welwyn Garden City

I have been looking for my first home for a while now, seeing many different houses with many different estate agents. I can say that without a doubt Lisa from Ashtons is the best estate agent! Lisa has shown me around 5+ houses and every …

We’d like to give our sincere thanks to the team at EweMove Beverley for their fantastic support with both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new property. Everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency and a real personal touch, which made the whole process so much easier for us. A special thank you to Jane, Roland, Laura and Claire for your patience, guidance and constant updates – we always felt in safe hands. We’re delighted with the outcome and would happily recommend EweMove Beverley to anyone looking to buy or sell. — John & Debbie Bartram

We bought our house through EweMove and we can’t fault them. From showing us around the property a few times, to putting in our offer they was amazing. Jane’s customer service was second to none, she kept us updated and even helped with conveyancing quotes. We even got a welcome pack and card when we collected our keys which was such a lovely added gesture. Thank you so much to all at EweMove!

I recently completed a purchase. Jane from the Beverley team was my main contact. She always responded to queries quickly and chased things up with other parties where necessary. The other members of the team always passed messages on promptly. EweMove Beverley facilitated a speedy exchange and completion in a friendly and professional manner.

Selling my home with EweMove Beverley was such a positive experience that I actually felt a bit sad when it was all over, I genuinely missed them! Jane, Roland, Laura, and Claire were not only lovely to deal with, but also incredibly insightful and responsive throughout. They tailored their approach to suit my situation perfectly, and I always felt listened to and supported. I’ve tried other agents in the past, and this is the only one where I’ve walked away thinking: they were absolutely worth the money. No hidden stress, no vague updates, just clear communication, strategic advice, and a team that genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. If you’re looking for an estate agent who combines professionalism with warmth, and actually delivers on what they promise, I can’t recommend EweMove Beverley enough. Thank you again, you made a stressful process feel safe and even enjoyable.

From beginning to end Chris made my experience with Ashton’s outstanding. I’ve been renting for some time and hands down I’ve had the best experience with Ashton’s thus far. Chris has been not only efficient but also sympathetic to my needs …

We are plumbing and heating contractors that have worked with Houseman for the last couple of years. We’ve found them to be very organised and honest letting agents, always striving to do the right thing by their contractors, landlords and tenants. When we speak with the tenants on the job, they always say how friendly Houseman are and easy to communicate with. It’s a shame I can’t give 6 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been working with Houseman Properties since 2016, and honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I originally chose them because of their unique combination of property management expertise and expert property legal knowledge …

Houseman Properties are a super firm to deal with. We had a fairly complicated tenancy situation to sort out (finding accommodation for a newly-arrived refugee family that we are sponsoring) and Emma at Houseman was friendly, efficient and …
