Ashtons Estate Agency - Welwyn Garden City

Recently listed my property with Ashton's and so far the process has been smooth. The brochure and listings look great and Gail has been very helpful, professional and quick to respond to emails and requests.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

The whole process has been extremely easy and enjoyable, from finding the property, to booking the viewings and arranging the sale. We worked closely with Liz Wilson who has been amazing. She answered all the questions we had and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

From beginning to end Chris made my experience with Ashton’s outstanding. I’ve been renting for some time and hands down I’ve had the best experience with Ashton’s thus far. Chris has been not only efficient but also sympathetic to my needs and requirements. Communication has been transparent and always pleasant. Now as my managing agents I am so so happy to be able to say their service remains impeccable.

Marnie from the accounts team has been fantastic gave me information that I was needing responded within minutes very efficient super helpful thank you !!!

Chris has been excellent again in finding a good tenant for my property. He keeps me informed throughout, acts quickly and professionally and gives good advice. Thanks Chris

Swapped to Ashton’s from another agent after meeting Richard Fossey. He was like a breath of fresh air. He did exactly what he said he would do on time and kept tabs on the whole process. Would highly recommend.

I arrived to the UK 5 years ago, I had to rent a house in a relatively short period of time and I had, literally, no idea where to start. I cannot thank Chris Haws enough for all his help during the process, answering all my questions and helping out with the administrative side of it.... and with the subsequent renewals as well!!!

I recently bought and sold houses with Ashtons in Welwyn Garden City. Tom Case and the whole team were a pleasure to deal with, supportive and helpful throughout.

Great Service from Ashton's during the buying process as first time buyers. Big thank you to James Plumb for co-ordinating the sales process in our chain, we are truly appreciative of all the enquiries he has helped us with during the process

Huge thanks to Chris Haws for the smooth onboarding process, He and his team have been very accomodating with everything, hope it stay simple as that
