Ashtons Estate Agency - Welwyn Garden City

First-class service from Richard Fossey and the team at Astons! They made the process of selling our home completely painless and stress-free. Richard kept us fully informed every step of the way, which made the whole journey smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

We’ve rented with Ashtons for the last year and I would definitely recommend them based on our experience. Chris was very helpful getting a tenancy agreed and organised, and Nicole was very responsive and great to work with when we needed support during the tenancy.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Nicole Glover. She was professional, efficient, and highly responsive throughout my entire lease period. Her clear communication and attention to detail made everything run smoothly. I would confidently recommend Ashtons to anyone seeking a reliable and well-managed letting experience.

We are now coming to the end of our tenancy due to a section 21 notice, and Ashtons have made the whole process stress free. Ashtons have secured another house that we can rent and move in just before our eviction date. I am especially thankful to Nicole Glover (asset manager) that has helped us with making our current tenancy a pleasurable experience. She organised our various maintenance work bookings and kept our hopes up during our section 21 notice. Nicole also put in a good word for us when applying for rent in another house, which proved successful. So, thank you Nicole for your hard work. Glad to know that you will continue to work with us in the new property. I also want to thank Oliver Meadows (letting associate) in helping us apply for the rent in our next property.

It was a pleasure to deal with Willow throughout the sales process. We were kept informed at all times and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend her and the Ashtons office to anyone.

We set out to sell our house enthusiastically believing we had a lovely home to sell. Sadly we were met by negative experiences on valuation by other local agents who seemed to place business needs above their clients. Laura at ewe move was a breath of fresh air. Her positive attitude confirmed to us that our house was more than worth selling and she expected our sale to do well. We also believe that Roland’s photographs of our home were was superior as was Laura’s written description of our home. Jane was also brilliant on steering our sale. And then Claire, who was very skilled at handling viewings. They made an excellent team and were strong communicators and good advocates for selling our property. We always felt in safe hands and would highly recommend

We have recently completed on the sale of a probate property the service provided by Roland Jane Laura & Clare was excellent & seamless all the way through. From Rolands initial advice on price to the extra photographs taken after tidying the rear garden area nothing was too much trouble . Communication is first class with regular calls & emails from Laura Clare & Jane regarding viewings . Feedback was always given within minutes of the viewings being completed. Very kind honest & friendly Team would highly recommend i have no hesitation in using again should the need arise .

I have had a consistently pleasant experience with the entire team over the years. Communication is efficient, and it is always easy to engage with them in person at their office. Nicole is professional and active, providing clear information and prompt responses to any queries.

We picked Ashtons to sell our house having rented through Ashtons and having brought our current house through them too. This will be the second time dealing with Gail in particular who is very efficient, accurate and a pleasure to work with! Thank you Gail and the team as always!
