Had the most amazing experience with Ashtons in Welwyn Garden City, in particular a professional and hard working employee called Lauren, who's an absolute credit to the company.
She provided a first class service from Ashtons and was knowledgeable and hard working and assisted me with whatever I needed during the process of putting my house on the market and in the process of selling. She kept me up to speed with every part of the process and made the process very easy and smooth sailing. She was always available and was happy to help with whatever assistance i required. She's a credit to the company and a big reason why I chose Ashtons to sell my house. She's has a smart appearance and her time keeping was perfect for when we had planned meetings. She's a credit to the company and I thank her for all her hard work.

I would like to thank Lauren for her assistance. She was very patient with my mother in law showing us a number of properties. She also valued her house at the appropriate market value. We are renting our property through Ashtons, we had a tricky experience with the viewing and some misinformation provided, however Lauren really helped us get everything on track!

What potentially started as a slightly tricky experience ended up being great, Lauren was fantastic at taking our issues and getting them solved and making us feel at ease with the whole process, we’re now in a house that we love with no issues!
