Having never rented before it all seemed a bit daunting, however Nicola got the ball rolling. I was then informed that she was leaving the agency and that Chris from another office would take over. Thank goodness he did. Step by step the whole process was carefully explained making the overall experience less stressful and a more pleasant procedure.
