We have recently used Dey King & Haria for both a sale and a purchase. We cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very start they offered such a personable service which is a refreshing change from the multiple chains of estate agencies we have previously dealt with. Their pictures are the best on the market, their organisation of our open day was very efficient and smooth and communication has been superb throughout the process. Ben, Sam and Fawn were amazing, The photographs they took of my flat looked great and they were just a pleasure to deal with. I had the flat up for sale with other agents for a while and was getting no viewings. Once I switched to Dey King and Haria I got an offer after about two months (for more than I expected to get for it!). The sale went through very smoothly, they did a great job going back and forth between solicitors and keeping the buyer happy. They're a good bunch of people, very warm and genuine :) .
