As first time buyers, our experience dealing with Sam Dey from Dey King & Haria Estate Agents was (and this is no exaggeration) superb. From the onset Sam was great at communicating and dealing with the negotiations. All the typical “estate agent” stereotypes that we dreaded as first time buyers were put to rest, as we never felt rail-roaded or misinformed. Sam was always very straight-talking and to be frank, went above and beyond the normal duty of an estate agent to help us seal the deal and purchase our first property, even helping us see the property for the second time on his day off (a Sunday!) . It was not a straight –forward sale due to the fierce London property market, and having a trusty estate agent really did make all the difference – thanks very much Same – Debbie and Paul!
