Julia Michel Julia was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and understanding when it came to her selling our house. Selling and moving is one of the most stressful things to do but Julia helped the process massively and made it easier., She sold our house within a few weeks and did the viewings. When the sale was going through she liaised with our buyer and ourselves and we were all kept up today with the process. Would recommend Ewe move and especially Julia.

All of the staff at Curchods were amazing, including Penny and Simon. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them, for something so stressful, they made it such a smooth process. We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser!
