Toby, Guy and the team at Lindfield do it the way it should be done; enthusiastic, hard working and totally committed to getting the best result for their clients. Unconstrained by corporate dictat, their clients can expect honest advice as to how best to market their property (and how much for) – and the presentation of their property to their best advantage. Unlike many of their competitors, they don’t sit back and expect the property portals to do their work for them; they follow up with regular targeted emails to buyers and, when the time comes, negotiate sales for their clients to best effect. They are a delight to do business with.

My only sadness is that poor practice in our industry has sadly meant that many therefore don’t understand just how vital choosing the right agent truly is.
