Once you’ve signed up for the free trial, you will not be disappointed. I was hooked. I targeted 3 new areas to investigate, Bedford, Ipswich and Norwich. The areas I chose gave me great insights into multiple repeat sales of ‘problem’ properties. I would not attempt to buy any property at auction without this database so once signed up, invest the time to talk to Mary who willingly gives you answers explains EIG’s search methods.
