Seven years ago, MIles & Barr were the selling agents for our present home. We found them to be honest and fair and that's why we approached them to act as our agents when the 'Seven Year Itch' started scratching. And Wow! they found our buyer within a week of listing our home. We must say that we found every team member involved at each step of the process to be proactive and knowledgeable. In a nutshell, they are very tidy & efficient Agents and I give them 10/10 for communication, professionalism, teamwork and cheerfulness.

We specialise in residential properties for sale in Walton and Hersham, KT12 including Ashley Park, Burhill Park, Burwood Park and the surrounding villages. We also have a dedicated lettings team. Having lived in the town for nearly 30 years, with 25 of those spent as an Estate Agent in Walton, we’re certain nobody, in the context of local agencies, knows the area better than Warren Fraser!
