Jake Wood is a wonderful agent with exemplar professional performance
We purchased a house through Curchods and sold the same through Curchods; both times we were quite pleased with their performance. Although our experience with Curchods in selling the house was outstanding which shows their continuous improvement in client satisfaction. All of the people we dealt with in Curchods were quite helpful but Jake Wood performance that handled the sale was truly great. He is a fantastic and very diligent agent. Extremely quick without compromising on the efficiency or quality of the tasks that a real estate agent needs to take on. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. Curchods management should be proud of him. It is people like Jake that build up reputation capital for Curhods as a brand.

Jake Wood - Communication Skills of a God
I couldn't have been more impressed with Jake. From the viewing on a Friday evening which made him late for a night out with his mates, to keeping me informed throughout the process. Constantly available, even on his holiday. He is clearly and all round top guy, really easy get on with and very knowledgeable. As a Director at a well known estate agency in London myself, I'd like to say I'm a good judge...I haven't seen many better than this guy. One to watch.

Dealing with Curchods in Walton has been a pleasure, both for when I bought the house and then subsequently when I sold it. Jake Wood is friendly, helpful and professional, and make the painful process of buying/selling much less stressful. I have enjoyed working with him, and wish all agents could take a leaf out of his book. Everyone in the office has been great. Well done, Curchods, and thanks muchly, Jake!

First class service
I can't thank Curchods - and specifically Jake Wood - enough for their smooth and professional handling of the sale of my flat in Walton on Thames. Despite the first buyer pulling out, the sale went through swiftly and without hiccup. I felt fully supported throughout the process by Jake and would highly recommend Curchods to anyone wishing to sell a property in the area.

Professional and great to deal with it
This review is for Mr. Jake Wood who helped us with the selling of our property. Selling or buying a house is never an easy process. There's lots that can go wrong but thanks to Jake who helped us jump through the obstacles we found our sale was completed in time and as planned. Something we know probably couldn't have happened without his professionalism and due to the fact that he was on top of things.. We really appreciate his support and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Very good service.
I have been in the process of buying a house through this branch and have been dealing with Jake Woods. I have nothing but praise for Jake. He has kept me appraised of all developments throughout and has been very helpful and understanding with my ignorance of the house buying process. I genuinely feel that Jake has made this purchase smoother and easier for me and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use him and this company again.

Purchase of Flat 1 101 Ashley Road
I would like to personally commend Jake Wood of Curchods in Walton for his outstanding support and professionalism. Not only did he cover every aspect of the purchase of my property, keeping me informed at all times, but also gave me more confidence than both my estate agent and solicitor at what was an extremely stressful time. He calmly supported me in what was a tricky chain, the benefit of which cannot be overestimated. .

First time buyers in Walton
As first time buyers we looked at a lot of properties in the area before settling on our new home. We met Jake Wood from Curchods, Walton to view this property and he showed us round giving as much information as he could, including about the sellers situation and the market in general. Anything he didn't have to hand he found out very quickly and let us know the following day. We were told "Remember the agent is working for the seller not for you", but must say Jake never put any pressure on us to make quick decisions or dress things up in a way that clearly wasn't quite right, unlike some agents we encountered. He was more than happy for us to look at the property a number of times and we never felt like we were inconveniencing him (again, unlike some others). As such we felt very comfortable with him from the start of the process. Once we decided to make an offer he was very quick in liaising with the seller and offered his advice as we went through the process of subsequent offers. Again at no point did we feel any pressure on us from him and in the end we got a very good deal with his help. We were recommended a surveyor by him and after talking to a number of different companies for quotes etc decided to go with them. They were also excellent, very prompt and thorough which helped cement our trust that Jake was looking out for us as well as the seller. Throughout the process he was on hand any time for questions etc we had as first time buyers which was greatly appreciated, not least when we experienced big problems with our solicitors and had to change, he kept us calm when we started to think it might go wrong at that point! We completed on Monday and are so pleased with our new home. We were told buying a house would be one of the most stressful things we ever did but that was kept to a minimum in no small part thanks to Jake's professionalism, friendliness and availability. I should also add that whenever we spoke to anyone else in the office they were very friendly and would help if they could. Messages were always passed on and responded to very quickly. Would thoroughly recommend!
