Our usual inspector now is Ceri Jackson, who has also been amazing. She is thorough, approachable and makes us feel well looked after during inspections. My experience as a landlord has been that the staff at Sawyers work hard to make my life as easy as possible by staying on top of everything that needs to be done and that they also do their best to make sure that when repairs or maintenance are needed they're done quickly, to minimize inconvenience to the tenants. The Marketing Department produced a fantastic brochure to market the flat when it became vacant and there's never been more than a few weeks between tenancies.

Sawyer&Co are a great letting agent with lovely staff, they all work very hard in helping you and giving the best they can, when you need it. my property manager Jess Fowler is one of the best i have had as a landlord, she is excellant, she carrys out her job in a very competent and professional manner, you never have to ask her twice or chase her for anything, she knows her job and is at the top of what she is doing, she has never let me down in anyway at all and is always there and everything is done, like a magic fairy.
