After getting off to a decidedly shaky start, with what can only be described as two of the worst estate agent chains I have ever encountered, I stumbled into Curchods and was greeted by Jake Wood. He listened attentively to my lengthy property wish list, and from that moment on he tailored the viewings accordingly to ensure that he didn't waste anyone's time. Not long after, whilst the jokers in the pack were adopting a total scattergun approach to selling houses, we found a property which ticked all of our boxes.
